Certificate Fee for Non-commercial Shipment (Value less than $1250)

Please contact us before placing international orders so that we can determine if a Phytosanitary Certificate is required.

This is the fee charged to us by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for Issuance of a Phytosanitary Certificate for Non-commercial Shipments (plants and/or seeds valued at less than $1,250.00). We require payment of this fee when the order is placed.

One certificate covers all plants and/or seeds in a shipment.
