All of our plants are from tropical climates and may be damaged or killed by exposure to cold temperatures in shipment. We do not recommend ordering plants for shipment and delivery when periods of cold temperatures are likely during shipment or at their destination. Customers assume all risks of damage or loss of plants during these periods.
If you decide to order plants during periods of cold weather these disposable packs may help to maintain warm temperatures in shipping containers of plants shipped during cold weather. One or more packs may be needed depending on the size of the container. They should provide heat up to about 72 hours but we do not make any claims as to their suitability or effectiveness. Heat packs will also increase the weight of the package and may increase shipping costs.
