EUPHORBIA RESINIFERA – RESEARCH SALES ONLY
We have active research and development activities involving this species. Rooted and non-rooted cuttings of plants of multiple cultivars grown as Certified Nursery Stock (CNP) may be made available to bona fide research institutions. The CNP plants can be shipped to all states except California. All plants will be shipped bareroot. Please contact us if you wish to obtain these plants or sap samples for research.
We do not offer specimens of this species for sale to the public. Many nurseries in the southwestern states sell plants to the public for use as ornamentals and in xeriscaping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OF AFRICAN EUPHORBIA SPECIES
Please contact us before placing international orders. All orders must be reviewed approved by us before we can accept them.
This a succulent African Euphorbia species regulated in international trade under the CITES Convention, Appendix II. All shipments to customers outside the United States must be inspected at distant inspection stations, issued a Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and have a CITES Export Permit issued to us by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Obtaining these documents and inspections typically requires two days of work time and travel. We also have to pay document fees charged by the USDA ($61.00) and USFWS ($10.00). Shipping of live plants to international destinations has also become highly problematic and costly. To partially defray our costs we will be accessing a processing charge of $200.00) for each accepted international order of Euphorbia plant species.
Warning: The sap of this species and many other plants in this family is toxic and irritating to the eyes and skin. Handle with appropriate personal protective equipment including gloves and eye protection.
