These potted trees were grown from seeds obtained from the seashore area of Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i.
As seed grown plants, they may vary significantly in growth rate and form. Most of them are single trunked; some are multibranched as shown in the photo.
India almond should not be planted in coastal areas because it can become invasive.
