Foxtail Palm Seeds

These are seeds from the foxtail palm (Wyodyeti bufurcata) grown in Hawai`i at our Discovery Harbor facility.  There it does well growing in scant cinder soil underlain with lava rock.  It is a high wind area with no irrigation.  These seeds were harvested in June 2025.  They have been extracted from the fruit, dried and are ready to plant.  Scarify the seeds before planting to speed germination.
